I have loved making cakes my entire life. As a child, I watched my mom make beautiful cakes with buttercream. For a long time I have been too chicken to do what I love...not anymore! Thanks to the support of friends and family I realized that "It's Cake!"

Princess Aurora

This cake was made for a friend of mine.  Her daughter turned 2 and is in love
 with Princess Aurora.  Everything is edible.  The cake itself is chocolate with
cream cheese filling, frosted with buttercream.  Serves about 32.
